senior meals

For the week of Aug. 11-15

Monday – Pork cutlet with gravy, scalloped potatoes, peas with pearl onions, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday – Lemon chicken over garden rice pilaf, green beans almondine, rye bread, spiced pears.

Wednesday – Baked potato with vegetarian chili, cheese and sour cream, vegetables, whole wheat roll, cinnamon raisin applesauce.

Thursday – Hamburgers on a bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayonnaise, three bean salad, coleslaw, apricots, chocolate chip cookie.

Friday – Chicken pot pie over biscuit, vegetables, fruit cocktail, angel food cake with strawberries and whipped topping.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Athenian grilled chicken salad, green beans almondine, rye bread, spiced pears.
