Museum opens at 11 a.m.

The Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture opens at 11 a.m. An incorrect time was listed in a story Monday because of a reporter’s error. In addition, that story misstated the full name of the museum.

Name misspelled

LaShawn McDaniel recently took part in the ECCO It’s Your Thang! Youth Career Camp; her name was misspelled in a story Friday because of a reporter’s error.

Arch did not collapse

A portion of Landscape Arch in Arches National Park fell in 1991, making the arch thinner, but it is still standing. An Associated Press story Monday contained incorrect information.

Flood Fest dates wrong

The dates for activities at the Ice Age Flood Fest at Sun Lake State Park were incorrect in Sunday’s Outdoors section. The Perseid Meteor shower party took place early this morning. A medicinal plant walk will take place Thursday. A Day Falls canoe tour will be conducted on Friday.
