Downhill since incorporation

Hello, 6 percent tax hike on your phone.

I can’t understand why we are taxed to death and no one gets the message. I thought we were supposed to run our new government in the Valley. These clowns run us. The roads were taken care of and a lot of other things as well.

We just had to incorporate and it’s been downhill ever since. When will we ever learn that if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it? The Democrats this and the Democrats that. Well look what our Republicans in our Valley are doing for us. It will be the same thing when we have the big election and Bush – oops, I mean McCain – gets in. Oh well, same difference.

Let’s get a petition going to get us back to just being Spokane if they will forgive the idiots who wanted to be big shots and be a new city.

I’d like to know what the people who are running for a higher office who were connected to the Valley politicians before really did for the people. Dave Nightser
