Demopulos earns ABR REALTOR® designation
Accredited Buyer Representation
The Spokane Association of REALTORS® announces that Miki Demopulos, a Spokane REALTOR® since 2004, and currently broker of Luxcel Realty, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Demopulos joins more than 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. The requirements for this professional designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
The goals of the ABR® designation course are to educate and prepare buyer’s representatives to provide the kind of service and fidelity to buyers that sellers have always enjoyed. REALTORS® with the ABR designation offer knowledgeable counsel to homebuyers through the buying process and negotiate on a buyer’s behalf, helping ensure that the buyer’s best interests are protected.
