Baker leads T-Wolves past Flathead

For the second time this season, Lake City senior post Katie Baker scored 31 points.

The Timberwolves’ 6-foot-1 Baker, who has signed with the University of Montana, matched her season high in the state she will play collegiately, as she led visiting Lake City (4-2) to 92-51 win over Flathead in Kalispell.

Baker, who is averaging just a tad less than 24 points per game, also had a game-high 15 rebounds. She had plenty of help, too. Sophomores Gina Mitchell and Sydney Butler had 20 and 18 points, respectively. Mitchell hit three 3-pointers, and Butler had eight steals.
