Fog, winter storm affecting roads

Freezing fog is creating slick roadways this morning, and the haze is expected to stick around through 1 p.m.
Authorities are asking motorists to drive slow and stay a safe distance from other vehicles.
The Washington Transportation Department closed a North Cascades Highway on Wednesday after news of the winter weather storm headed this way on Friday. The department will evaluate conditions Monday and decide whether to leave the stretch of Highway 20 closed for the winter.
