Monday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, vegetables, sourdough bread, pineapple upside-down cake.
Tuesday – Lemon chicken, roasted red potatoes, spinach, dinner roll, banana half.
Wednesday – Fish fillet with dill sauce, garden rice pilaf, apricots, breadstick, bread pudding.
Thursday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, sliced carrots, rye bread, blushing pears.
Friday – Salisbury steak with gravy, parslied potatoes, peas with pearl onions, wheat bread, lemon cake.
Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Egg, bacon, and spinach salad, dinner roll, banana half.
