Andrew Neels reported Dec. 17 the $1,200 theft of a washer and dryer from a home on the 900 block of D Street.

Kootenai County sheriff

John Meredith, Bayview, reported Monday the $75,000 theft of a backhoe from Vista Bay Marina, 18169 E. Hudson Bay Road.
