The Spokesman-Review

The Community Colleges of Spokane closed at 2 p.m. today. The campus will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Also, the South Hill and Shadle Libraries will be closed the remainder of today due to snow and driving conditions, officials said. Spokane City Hall closed at 3 p.m., officials said.
