Pomegranate-Berry Smoothie
Lose weight in ’09 with this luscious, low-fat snack that’s ready in just five minutes.
1/2 cup chilled pomegranate juice
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1. In blender, place juice, yogurt and berries. Cover and blend until pureed. Makes 1 (1 2/3-cup) serving.
