Michael Krebs is another neighbor of Jack and Margaret Johnson who lends a helping hand when needed.

“He’s my handyman,” Margaret Johnson said. “Anytime something breaks down, he helps me fix it.”

Krebs, who has lived across the street from the Johnsons for more than 25 years, was fixing a cracked toilet tank when reached at the Johnson home.

“Margaret is a great lady,” Krebs said, “and this is easy enough for me to do.”
