Support Valley library bond

I encourage voters to support the Spokane Valley library bond in the upcoming election.

A new library will help meet usage demands that are a result of population growth in the Spokane Valley in recent years. The existing library has been on its current site since 1955 and this structure is simply not large enough to accommodate a collection adequate to meet current needs.

Plans for the new library will include a larger teen area and a new location will provide easier access than the current location. Additionally, the land for the building has already been purchased. Please support the library bond.
