For the week of Feb. 11-15

Monday – Pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, garden rice pilaf, vegetables, rye bread, Arabian salad.

Tuesday – Turkey a la king with peas and carrots over biscuit, spinach, baked apple slices, chocolate chip cookie.

Wednesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad with dressing, corn, garlic breadstick, spiced pears.

Thursday – Cornflake chicken, sliced beets, vegetables, sourdough bread, cherry cobbler.

Friday – Pasta alfredo with broccoli, vegetables, whole wheat dinner roll, Mandarin oranges.

Salad Menu – Tuesdays (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Athenian grilled chicken salad, spinach, baked apple slices, chocolate chip cookie.
