For the week of Feb. 25-29

Monday – Riblets, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, French bread, orange halves.

Tuesday – Beef stroganoff with pasta, vegetables, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, peach bavarian.

Wednesday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, corn, wheat bread, apricots.

Thursday – Country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, rye bread, apple brown betty.

Friday – Cheesy broccoli baked potato, sliced summer squash, cinnamon raisin applesauce, whole wheat roll, brownie.

Salad Menu – Tuesdays (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Italian pasta salad, vegetables, dinner roll, peach bavarian.
