Senior Meals

For the week of Jan. 7-11

Monday – Lasagna, tossed salad with dressing, carrots, apricots, French bread, brownie.

Tuesday – Riblettes, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, cinnamon raisin applesauce.

Wednesday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, vegetables, green beans, potato roll, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – Macaroni and cheese, vegetables, spinach, wheat bread, fruited gelatin with whipped topping.

Friday – Lemon chicken, parslied potatoes, vegetables, whole grain bread, blushing pears.
