Registration is under way for the Valley Youth Soccer League spring season.

Cost is $35 for ages 4 to 7 and$45 for ages 8 and up.

All games are played on Saturdays during April and May in the Valley. Register online at www.vysoccer.org or call 924-7661.

Volunteer information session

Catholic Charities will have a Volunteer Information Session Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Catholic Pastoral Center, 1023 W. Riverside Ave., Room 100.

There are 15 programs included in the network of Catholic Charities. Volunteers are needed for programs that include Bernadette Place, Catholic Campaign for Human Development, Catholic Relief Services, Childbirth and Parenting Along Program, the Christmas Bureau, counseling, the House of Charity, the Parish Social Ministry, Refugee and Immigration Services, the regional offices, Respect Life, St. Anne’s Children and Family Center, St. Margaret’s Shelter, senior and family housing and senior services.

Lunch will be served, so please register.
