Salk raises funds for Guilds’ School
The Associated Student Body at Salk Middle School has held a Loose Change Drive to benefit the Spokane Guilds’ School for the past 12 years.
The students of the school donated their spare change to the organization during a two-week period in December.
Katrena Foltz, the ASB advisors said that the school traditionally holds a fundraiser for the Guild, which helps small children with disabilities.
“This season, we will send a check for roughly $1,150,” Foltz wrote to Spokane Public Schools.
