Information sought on three fugitives

From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is offering rewards for information leading to fugitives wanted on unrelated crimes.

Justin Mark Mullenix, 24, is wanted for attempted first-degree murder for a Jan. 6 shooting near Regal Street and Everett Avenue. A man was shot in the chest in what police called retaliation from “past encounters.”

Mullenix is classified as a repeat offender with convictions for assault and unlawful possession of a firearm, said Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Dave Reagan. The attempted murder warrant issued on Jan. 11 carries a $500,000 bond.

Scott Allen Johnson, 48, is wanted for first-degree possession of stolen property, Reagan said. Johnson is considered a repeat offender with convictions of second-degree possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

Jason H. Holloway, 27, is wanted for second-degree burglary, theft and two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, Reagan said. Holloway has an extensive conviction record, including possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance and attempt to elude police.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mullenix, Johnson or Holloway should call (800) 222-8477. Tipsters do not have to give their name to collect a reward, but should leave a code name or number.
