Rockets upend Spurs
Yao Ming had 21 points and 14 rebounds, and the Houston Rockets beat the San Antonio Spurs 83-81 on Saturday night in Houston, handing the defending champions their fourth loss in six games.
Rafer Alston added 16 points and six assists as the Rockets beat their in-state rivals for only the fourth time in the last 13 meetings. Tracy McGrady, who returned after missing 11 games with a sore left knee, had nine points on 4-of-12 shooting.
Tim Duncan had 24 points and 17 rebounds for San Antonio, which lost in Houston for the second time in six visits.
The Rockets committed only seven turnovers, a season low for a Spurs opponent.
Warriors 119, Bucks 99: At Milwaukee, Al Harrington scored 27 points, Andris Biedrins added 20 and Golden State beat the Bucks.
The Warriors have won five of six.
Magic 101, Blazers 94: At Orlando, Fla., Hedo Turkoglu scored 20 points, Rashard Lewis added 16, and the Magic held off a late surge to beat Portland.
Brandon Roy had 25 points and seven assists to lead the Trail Blazers.
76ers 99, Raptors 95: At Philadelphia, Willie Green tied a season high with 23 points and the 76ers survived a late rally for a victory over Toronto.
Andre Miller and Andre Iguodala each added 20 for Philadelphia.
Bulls 97, Pistons 81: At Chicago, Ben Gordon scored 33 points and the Bulls stayed perfect this season against Detroit, using a strong fourth-quarter defensive effort to beat the Pistons.
Bobcats 105, Grizzlies 87: At Charlotte, N.C., Jason Richardson scored a season-high 38 points and had 14 rebounds and the Bobcats held off a fourth-quarter rally to beat Memphis.
Gerald Wallace added 28 points, and Emeka Okafor, Raymond Felton and Matt Carroll had 11 apiece for Charlotte.
Knicks 88, Heat 84: At Miami, Jamal Crawford scored 22 points and Nate Robinson added 19, including a banked jumper with 2:20 left that put New York ahead to stay, and the Knicks beat the Heat – sending Miami to its 13th straight loss.
Kings 110, Pacers 104: At Indianapolis, Ron Artest scored 15 points against his former team and Sacramento beat Indiana.
Mikki Moore added 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Kings.

Nuggets 111, Timberwolves 108: At Denver, Allen Iverson scored 35 points, including a fade-away jumper and two free throws in the final 30 seconds, and Carmelo Anthony added 26 as the Nuggets held off Minnesota.
Clippers 120, Nets 107 (OT): At Los Angeles, Corey Magette had 31 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the Clippers to an overtime win over New Jersey.
Sam Cassell added 22 points, and Chris Kaman and Tim Thomas scored 10 each for Los Angeles.
