Patrick Patterson scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds to help the Kentucky Wildcats (8-9, 2-2 SEC) upset the third-ranked Tennessee Volunteers (16-2, 3-1) 72-66 on Tuesday in Lexington, Ky.

The Vols had won 11 straight.

(22) Drake 68, Creighton 60: Josh Young hit a tie-breaking 3-pointer in overtime and the Bulldogs (17-1, 8-0 MVC) celebrated their first national ranking in 33 years by beating the Bluejays (14-4, 5-3) in Omaha, Neb.

(11) Wisconsin 64, Michigan 61: At Madison, Wis., Marcus Landry and Michael Flowers both scored 14 and the Badgers (16-2, 6-0 Big Ten) beat the Wolverines (5-14, 1-6).

Women

Kia Vaughn scored a season-high 17 points leading No. 5 Rutgers (16-2, 6-0) to a 71-41 victory over host Cincinnati (10-8, 1-5).
