The Spokesman-Review

The week of Jan. 14 to 22 included another spate of drug arrests in Liberty Lake.

Two people, David R. Lukes, 24, and Andrew B. Perham, 25, both of Spokane, were arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. A 17-year-old male was also arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in a separate incident, said police chief Brian Asmus.

In addition, Louis N. Porter, 29, of Sagle, Idaho was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm.

Citations were issued for driving with a suspended license, failure to have liability insurance, failure to yield while entering the road from a driveway and speeding too fast for conditions. Police were also called out for harassment call and two slide-off traffic accidents. The department’s drug recognition expert was also called in by the city of Spokane to assist with a call, Asmus said.
