A task force that investigated a Spokane-based diploma mill was code-named “Operation Gold Seal.” The name was incorrect in a story Sunday.

Name misspelled

Christie Querna is a member of the Spokane school board. Her name was misspelled in a story Friday because of a reporter’s error.

Airplane misidentified

A B-25 airplane was misidentified in a photo caption on the back page of Sunday’s Today section because of a designer’s error.
