County alliance holds yearly event

The Neighborhood Alliance of Spokane County will present its annual Celebration of Neighborhoods & Country Auction Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Haggin Farm, 15418 Little Spokane Drive.

The auction will include a folding garden cart, a canoe trip, massages and weekend trips to Newport, Wash., Bend, Ore., Newport, Ore., and more.

Tree farm hosts lavender, herb fest

The Christmas Tree Farm will present its Fifth Annual Lavender & Herb Festival Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The event will include live music, fresh vegetables and herbs, artwork, homemade candles, raw honey and an herb tour.

The Christmas Tree Farm is 1.5 miles from the Four Lakes, Cheney exit on Interstate 90. For more information, call 624-1901.

The Browne’s Addition Summer Concert Series continues this week with Karli Farbanks today from 6 to 8 p.m. in Coeur d’Alene Park.
