Senior meals

For the week of July 28-Aug. 1

Monday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, parslied cauliflower, vegetables, garlic breadstick, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday – Baked potato with broccoli, cheese, and sour cream, vegetables, dinner roll, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.

Wednesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, cornbread, seasoned fruit cup.

Thursday – Macaroni and cheese with diced ham, carrot coins,whole wheat bread, cherry crisp.

Friday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, sourdough bread, apricots.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Spinach salad with egg and bacon, vegetables, dinner roll, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.

Meal locations

Opportunity Presbyterian Church, (924-9750), 202 N. Pines Road, Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.

Valley Senior Center, (926-1937), 2426 N. Discovery Place, Monday-Friday, noon.
