Qwest Field isn’t fan-friendly
It’s almost time for the best in college sports and that’s Cougar Football! With great anticipation the throngs of Cougars will venture west to Seattle to see Coach Wulff and his redesigned Cougar football team. Change is good and I think Wulff will prove this over the next few seasons.
However, some things won’t change and that is the inhospitable attitude at Qwest Field. No tailgating, yes that’s right. You cannot tailgate in the main Qwest Field lots. Besides being overpriced, they are the first introduction to the anti-football attitude at Qwest. But don’t you worry, if you find that good tailgating spot you still have to be searched and manhandled by the gate security staff that are obviously trained by minimum wage rejects from the TSA.
That being done, now you can enjoy some really exciting football and sit with your fellow Cougs who know how to treat guests and make football Saturdays something to look forward to for another year. Just remember, don’t park in the main field lots and your Cougar experience will start out well. Go Cougs!
