Ballot drop sites

Ballots for the state primary can be mailed through Aug. 19, but must be postmarked by that date. In addition, all counties have places where ballots can be dropped off without postage. In Spokane County there are 17 drop-off sites, including most public libraries. Here’s a list of those locations.
