Help with camp construction

From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

Cub County, the Cub Scout Camp recently added to the Cowles Scout Reservation on the north shore of Diamond Lake, will provide facilities and programs for Cub Scouts.

The Inland Northwest Council Boy Scouts of America began the building of Cub Country with a Tree Fort Environmental Education Center, along with a climbing wall, rope bridges, renovated camping sites, and more.

Volunteers for building the Education Center are needed. Construction began June 11 and will continue through June 15; break until June 18 and resume through June 22. Scouts are also encouraged to volunteer.

Skilled and unskilled workers are needed and tools will be available. Meals and camping facilities will also be provided.
