Kootenai River Rodeo – Friday-Saturday, featuring a Main Street parade at noon, followed by the rodeo at 7 p.m. at the Boundary County Fairgrounds downtown Bonners Ferry. Events include bull riding, steer wrestling, calf roping and break away roping, team roping, bareback riding/saddle bronc, barrel racing, All Around Cowboy, beer garden and concessions. A dance will follow the rodeo on Saturday night. Free parking. 267-5267.
Hogs for Dogs Fundraiser – Saturday annual barbecue and motorcycle ride from Hayden to Hoodoo Cafe in Harvard, Idaho. Proceeds benefit the efforts of Kootenai Humane Society. For details, call 818-4535
Road to the Rally Food Ride – Saturday at The Grail Rock Venue, 4720 Seltice Way in Huetter. Meet the cast and crew from “Road to the Rally” aired on RTN Channel 24 at the following locations to kick off the 100 Years of Motorcycles Rally and Concert Series. Admission is two cans of food or $5.
