For the week of March 24-28
Monday – Spanish meatballs over rice, beets, vegetables, whole grain roll, spiced pears.
Tuesday – Chicken fettuccine alfredo, vegetables, peas, breadstick, apricots.
Wednesday – Pork cutlet with gravy, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, rye bread, orange halves.
Thursday – Beef tips with peppers over wild rice pilaf, vegetables, spinach, dinner roll, fruited lime Jell-O.
Friday – Chef salad with turkey, three bean salad, pineapple slaw, potato roll, butterscotch Majestic square.
