Lilac Services for the Blind – A volunteer is needed to build a new Web page. Interested individuals should have Web-design experience or an educational background in computer engineering, computer science or graphic design. Contact Mathew Plank at 328-9116.

Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs – SNAP’s Living Green program is looking for volunteers to assist with public events and classes. For more information, visit www.livinggreen.org.

Transitions – Volunteers are needed to work as administrative aides in an office setting while providing support for homeless women and children in Spokane. Duties will include stuffing envelopes, database entry, organizing files and answering phones. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact Caitlin Pratt at 328-6702.

Wishing Star: Send a Friend a Goat – Volunteers are needed to deliver live baby goats around town. Volunteers can choose one or more days during this two week-long event, running March 31 to April 11. Interested participants must have vehicles large enough to hold a dog carrier. Contact Tracy Taitch at 744-3411.
