Associated Press The Spokesman-Review

Kobe Bryant scored 27 points, Lamar Odom had 21 points and 12 rebounds, and the Los Angeles Lakers ended Utah’s 19-game home winning streak with a 106-95 victory over the Jazz on Thursday night.

Derek Fisher added 11 points and Vladimir Radmanovic scored 13 for the Lakers, who are the first team to win in Utah in 2008. The Lakers missed once in their first 10 shots and were ahead by 24 early in the second period.

Spurs 102, Bulls 80: At Chicago, Tony Parker scored 23 points and Tim Duncan had 22 to go with 10 rebounds as San Antonio ended a four-game losing streak with a rout of the Bulls.

Celtics 94, Mavericks 90: At Dallas, Ray Allen returned from a three-game injury absence and a long time on the bench in the first quarter to nail a go-ahead 3-pointer with 31.7 seconds left, lifting Boston past the Mavericks to complete an impressive sweep in the Lone Star State. No team had gone 3-0 in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas since the Sacramento Kings in November 2001.

Sonics reserve Gelabale out

The Seattle SuperSonics have lost reserve swingman Mickael Gelabale for the remainder of the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

Gelabale was injured in practice on Tuesday.

He underwent an MRI on Wednesday and team physicians confirmed the injury Thursday morning. He will require surgery.

Gelabale played in 39 games this season, averaging 4.3 points and 1.5 rebounds in about 12 minutes per game for the Sonics.
