Crime story unclear

The violent crime, arson and property crime rates noted in a Tuesday story referred only to unincorporated areas served by the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. For the whole county, including municipalities, violent crime was up 11.9 percent, arson was up 9.5 percent and property crimes were down 8.3 percent.

Team results incorrect

The Bonners Ferry boys golf team captured the 3A District I title Monday, shooting 333. Kellogg finished second. The results were incorrect Tuesday because of a reporter’s error.
