“Spokane County emergency communications sales tax

One-tenth of 1 percent sales tax in place for 10 years for emergency communications and restoration of 24-hour non-emergency crime reporting. A similar proposal narrowly failed in November.

“Spokane Transit Authority sales tax

Renewal of three-tenths of 1 percent sales tax for operations.

“East Valley School District

$33 million bond over 20 years for renovations of Mountain View and East Valley middle schools and Otis Orchards Elementary and technology upgrades at all elementary schools. The same bond failed in March when only 55 percent of voters gave their support.

“Freeman School District

$19.5 million bond over 20 years for renovations and additions to high school and elementary school and campus improvements. A similar measure failed in 2005.
