LIV-AID helps with breast self-exams
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and in celebration all Spokane-area Curves Fitness Clubs for Women are distributing a breast self-examination aid called LIV-AID.
The aid acts as a magnifying glass for your fingers when doing a self-exam to more easily detect changes or abnormalities in the breast. Early detection is the key to fighting breast cancer.
