PINCH welcomes new magazine Spry

Published Monthly

By PINCH staff

PINCH readers will find something very special in this issue – Spry, a new magazine designed to “celebrate the vitality in all of us.”

Readers can look forward seeing Spry every month, and reading everything from helpful tips for better health to easy-to-prepare meals sure to wow everyone at the table, to creating a home fitness plan.

“We’re excited about offering this new resource exclusively for PINCH readers,” said Shaun O’L. Higgins, chief operating executive for PINCH. The stories are designed with every age in mind: teens, middle-aged or older readers will all find useful information and entertaining profiles.

The full-color publication is a new partnership between PINCH, The Spokesman-Review and Publishing Group of America, which also publishes Relish and American Profile newspaper supplements.

Each issue will include stories from around the country, but also hometown references about local people and businesses. For instance, the “Coast to Coast” section will share dining trends from restaurants nationwide, along with some local establishments.

Spry readers who want even more information, or who can’t wait for the next issue, can visit www.spryliving.com for additional useful articles, inspiring photos, easy recipes, entertaining blogs and more. There’s even a free online journal you can use for keeping track of the progress of your health goals to describing your dreams for the future.

“One of the things we like about Spry is that it has something for everyone, including general recommendations about what you should be eating more of or reading to specific exercise plans,” Higgins said. “We want to join with Spry in inviting PINCH readers to discover new ways to be healthy and happy.”
