Begging on corners just another scam

It is a shame to see people at the intersections begging for money.

Those signs that say, “Will work for food,” just crack me up. “I’m homeless and lost, God bless.”

You say hop in, I have some work you and the reply is, “Oh, no! This is a good corner.”

There are all kinds of scams all over the country and start in Washington, D.C. I think there should be a law put into effect to keep these people off the streets. We pay for shelters and food for these unfortunate people anyway.

I’ll tell you what, get my address from the paper or look me up in the phone book and send me money. Hey, what’s a little change to you. God Bless.
