Fall bazaar tickets on sale now

The Whitworth Auxiliary will present its annual fall luncheon and bazaar Tuesday at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Spokane, 318 S. Cedar St.

The theme this year, “A Journey Through Time with Music and Vintage Costumes,” will feature Anne Fennesy and Bonnie Robinson.

The bazaar will open at 11 a.m., and seating for the luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program begins at 12:30 p.m.

Tickets are $15 and are only available in advance by calling Ada Brown at 466-6081.

Fair-trade marketplace

Handcrafted gifts, coffee, chocolate and food items from around the world will be available from vendors in the Northwest Fair Trade Network, Work of Human Hands Project, the Nectar of Life Coffee Co. and Christ Kitchen on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Augustine Church, 428 W. 19th Ave.

Business and ministry fair

The Service Station, 9315 N. Nevada St., will host a business and ministry fair Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event will provide an opportunity for networking, meeting men and women in ministry, and to display and sell products. Tables for display are $25.

Country harvest party

Mt. Spokane Church, 6311 W. Mt. Spokane Park Drive, will present a country harvest party Saturday from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

The evening will include Christian music featuring the JCW Band, games for kids and a spaghetti dinner.

The cost is $5 per person or $10 for a family of four or more.

Fundraising event

Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1703 N. Washington St., will present a fundraiser Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

The evening will include a live auction, dancing food and beverages.

The proceeds will benefit the repair and replacement of the windows in the church hall.

Pancake breakfast

Catholic Daughters of the Americas will present a pancake breakfast Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 302 E. Boone Ave.

Admission is $6 for adults and older children, $3.50 for children 5 through 10 years old and free for children younger than 5.

Healing workshop

The Center for Organizational Reform will present “Healing for Hurting Congregations” Friday and Saturday at the Clare Center, 4626 E. Jamieson Road.

The six-hour workshop will discuss how to heal after a congregational crisis and is open to people of all faiths.

The workshop will be from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

The cost is $75 per person.

Singles groups

Spokane Christian Singles will present a Grand Finale Sizzlin’ Singles Dance Saturday from 8 p.m. to midnight at Mission Community Presbyterian Church, 2103 E. Mission Ave.

The evening is open to all singles, and couples are welcome. Semiformal or Halloween costumes are encouraged for this alcohol-free event.

The cost is $10 at the door.
