Boudousquie (The Spokesman-Review)

Ann-Cheri Boudousquie, a member of the Post Falls 4th Ward of the LDS Church, recently received her Young Womanhood Recognition Award.

The award is presented to young women who have completed an extensive personal Progress program in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

For her project, Boudousquie organized a bake sale and raised $200 in donations to the Red Cross to help victims of Hurricane Katrina. She also collected donations for and put together Comfort Kits for adult and youth cancer patients. All projects were required to be completed before she turned 18 this month.

Boudousquie, daughter of Sherrie and Bruce Boudousquie of Post Falls, is a home-schooler and will graduate this spring. She plans to get a veterinarian assistant license and then attend college.
