Lawsuit targeted employer
Thomas Burchfiel, a former worker at Spokane’s Boeing Co. manufacturing plant, has prevailed in an appellate court ruling in a disability discrimination case against his former employer. Because of an error in editing, the target of the lawsuit was misidentified in an article Saturday.
