Monday – Option 1: Lasagna, vegetables, cucumber-tomato salad, breadstick, apple crunch. Option 2: Egg salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, cucumber-tomato salad, breadstick.
Tuesday – 1: Beef tips with peppers on pasta, peas and carrots, pears, rye bread, tapioca. 2: Deli sandwich on a bun with lettuce and tomato, fresh fruit, pears, tapioca.
Wednesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing, vegetables, breadstick, sunshine salad, brownie. 2: BLT wrap, sunshine salad, brownie.
Thursday – 1: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, beets, green salad, dinner roll, peach cobbler. 2: Taco salad, dinner roll, peach cobbler.
Friday – 1: Tuna casserole with peas, baby carrots, breadstick, berries with whipped topping, chocolate cake. 2: French dip sandwich, baby carrots, relish tray, chocolate cake.
