Hospitalized Boston Celtics general manager Danny Ainge was hospitalized after suffering what the team described as a minor heart attack. The team issued a brief statement saying that Ainge, 50, was taken to a Boston hospital but provided few other details except to say he is expected to remain in the hospital for a few days.

Fired The Minnesota Wild fired Doug Risebrough as general manager five days after Jacques Lemaire resigned as the NHL team’s coach. Risebrough helped make the Minnesota Wild the model for stability in an unstable league.

Guilty Former NFL running back Travis Henry pleaded guilty to trafficking cocaine in a federal drug case that could land him in prison for 10 years or more. Appearing in federal court in Billings, Mont., Henry admitted to a single count of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute. He was arrested in Denver last October after authorities broke apart a drug ring that trafficked cocaine between Colorado and Montana. Henry, 30, was described as the “money guy” who helped finance the operation. He will be sentenced July 15.

Recovering Figure skater Rockne Brubaker, two-time U.S. pairs champion with Keauna McLaughlin, hopes to be back on the ice in early May after hernia surgery earlier this month. Brubaker had surgery April 3 to repair two sports hernias, tears in the muscles of the lower abdomen.
