Senior meals

For the week of April 27-May 1

Monday – Option 1: Barbecued chicken, hash brown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower mix, melon cup, corn bread, brownie. Option 2: Frittata, melon cup, corn bread, brownie.

Tuesday – 1: Peachy pork, vegetables, green beans, dinner roll, cookie bar. 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato bisque, bread, cookie bar.

Wednesday – 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, mandarin orange/spinach salad, breadstick, baked apple slices. 2: Turkey wrap, mandarin orange/spinach salad, baked apple slices.

Thursday – 1: Chicken-wild rice casserole, vegetables, winter squash, breadstick, pudding. 2: Tuna pasta salad, three-bean salad, coleslaw on a bed of lettuce, breadstick, fresh fruit.

Friday – 1: Swiss steak, garlic-rosemary potatoes, vegetables, three-bean salad, peaches. 2: Clam chowder, crackers, cheese, three-bean salad, peaches.
