Former Gonzaga University and Utah Jazz guard John Stockton is up for another Hall of Fame.

Stockton, who will be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Class of 2009 in September, was a member of the 1992 U.S. Olympic “Dream Team” comprised of NBA players that has been chosen as one of the team nominees for the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame Class of 2009

In addition to Stockton, the 1992 Dream Team – the first Olympic team comprised of NBA players – included Charles Barkley, Larry Bird, Clyde Drexler, Patrick Ewing, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Christian Laettner, Karl Malone, Chris Mullin, Scottie Pippen and David Robinson.

The nominee list of 15 individuals, five teams and five Paralympians includes Gary Hall, Sr., Michael Johnson and Picabo Street.

From now through June 16, fans can cast their votes for the 2009 class of the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame online at www.teamusa.org. The inducted class will include five individuals, one team and one Paralympian. The inductees will be revealed in early July.
