Number of criminal counts misstated
A recent Washington Supreme Court ruling dictates that suspects in child pornography cases face just one charge per possession, not multiple counts based on the number of images, according to Deputy Spokane County Prosecutor Ed Hay. A brief Tuesday contained erroneous information about the number of counts.
