Big Brothers Big Sisters holds tourney at Circling Raven

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Northwest is inviting supporters, especially those who golf, to take part in a fund-raising tournament in September. The Big Brothers Big Sisters Golf for Kids’ Sake takes place Sept. 14 at Circling Raven Golf Club in Worley. Individual golf spots are $250 each, and corporate sponsorships range from $500 to $5,000. Proceeds go toward supporting mentoring relationships in Kootenai County for at-risk children who are in need of positive role models. The tournament’s Celebrity Honorary Chair will be North Idaho resident, Coeur d’Alene High School alum and former NFL quarterback John Friesz.
