18th birthday party ends in arrests

An 18th birthday bash ended in the arrest of four men suspected of burglarizing a Spokane Valley business early Monday. Someone called 911 about 12:40 a.m. to report four men entering ThermalGuard Insulation, 125 N. Dyer, near the Broadway Truck Stop. The men ran, but Spokane Valley police found the four and booked them into Spokane County Jail on second-degree burglary charges. Alexander J. Jezior, who just turned 18, was arrested along with John M. Wessels, aka Wing-Wessels, 20, of Spokane; Eric A. Janson, 20, of Colbert; and David B. Figueroa, 18, of Spokane Valley. Jezior, Janson and Figueroa were released on their own recognizance after their first appearance in Spokane County Superior Court. Wessels was held on $2,500 bond.
