For the week of Dec. 21-25

Monday – Option 1: Salmon loaf with dill sauce, mashed potatoes, orange-glazed carrots, biscuit, fruit. Option 2: Beef stew, orange-glazed carrots, biscuit, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Swedish meatballs with rice, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, rye bread, cookie. 2: Chicken pot pie with vegetables, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, rye bread, cookie.

Wednesday – 1: Curried pork tenderloin in apple cider, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit. 2: Teriyaki turkey meatloaf, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, green beans, dinner roll, pumpkin custard. 2: Ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, green beans, dinner roll, pumpkin custard.

Friday – 1: Merry Christmas! – All sites closed
