Senior meals

For the week of Jan. 19-23

Monday – Beef stew with vegetables, broccoli, cornbread, baked apple slices.

Tuesday – Fish fillet with dill sauce, au gratin potatoes, green and yellow beans, whole wheat bread, peach Bavarian.

Wednesday – Italian-style veal with ziti, vegetables, sliced beets, garlic bread stick, spiced pears.

Thursday – Pork chop with mushroom gravy, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, brownie.

Friday – Chicken Marsala over bow tie pasta, tossed green salad, vegetables, French bread, fruit cocktail.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Chef salad, whole wheat bread, peach Bavarian.

Hillyard Senior Center, (482-0803), 4001 N. Cook St., Monday-Friday, 11:45 a.m.
