Another Walgreens robbed at knife point

A man with a knife robbed the Walgreens at 29th Avenue and Grand Boulevard of OxyContin Wednesday night. The report came in just before 10 p.m. The suspect is described as a white man, about 5 foot 9 and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a camouflage bandanna across his face. It’s the fourth OxyContin-related Walgreens robbery in Spokane County since Jan. 11. Two men and a teen boy were arrested early Tuesday for allegedly robbing the Walgreens at Pines Road and Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley. No suspect has been named in the Jan. 11 robbery at the Walgreens at 15510 E. Sprague Avenue, and police are still looking for Michael Alan Miller, 24, of Coeur d’Alene, the suspect in a knife-point robbery Jan. 14 at the pharmacy at 2702 N. Argonne Road. Deputies identified Miller after surveillance video showed where the robber had touched glass, and the prints matched Miller’s, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
