For the week of Jan. 26-30
Monday – Macaroni and cheese, vegetables, brussel sprouts, wheat bread, Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, potato roll, angel cake with berries and whipped cream.
Wednesday – Baked potato with chili, cheese, and sour cream, vegetables, French bread, peach cobbler.
Thursday – Baked ham with pineapple sauce, whipped sweet potatoes, parslied cauliflower, caraway rye bread, apricots.
Friday – Chicken divan with broccoli, vegetables, fruit cup, dinner roll, lemon cake.
Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Egg salad platter, potato roll, berries and whipped cream.
